The SIMBAL 'ZECA' range of medium duty cable reels offer a simple and cost effective solution to a large range of moving machinery applications. Series 3000/4000/5000 and 7000 Reels have an external case made from shock resistant plastic, whereas series 6000/PRC reels have a Die-cast aluminium casing, All types feature a ratchet stop device every 50cm which can be easily disabled if constant cable traction is required. Also fitted as standard to every drum is a pivot fixing bracket allowing 310 deg movement.

Cable sections vary with earthing reels up to 16mm2 and standard multi cores up to 16 core with core sizes from 1.0mm2 up to 4.0mm2, payout lengths vary  up to 27m dependant on cable size

Standard options include a fixed position fixing bracket and a rubber cable sleeve which increases the protection degree from IP42 to IP43.
