ULTRABEAM Radio systems

The 'ULTRABEAM' range of remote radio systems offers a low cost solution to a large range of applications where the requirement is for the remote operation of simple On/Off commands.ULTRABEAM offers a high level of flexibility with the possibility to programme multiple transmitters to a single receiver making it ideal for applications such as roller doors in warehouse facilities. It is a single frequency system and is not suitable for operation of higher integrity equipment such as lifting and handling equipment.

The SIMBAL 'Minigrip' radio system offers an excellent, and very economical solution  for many operations requiring simple start / stop functions. Minigrip uses a momentary transmission radio module and is suitable for operating ranges of over 100 meters. Transmitter circuit boards have the ability to 'learn' from the receiver coding making it quick and easy to programme new or replacement transmitters.

Minigrip is available with up to 6 command buttons + additional start/stop button(s). Typical operations include recovery vehicles, winches, doors, gates and many other industrial applications, Available supply voltages are 12 - 28v AC & DC and transmitters & receivers feature IP65 enclosures making them suitable for outdoor use, Receivers can also be supplied with internal antennae making them ideal for vehicles or other applications where it is necessary to withstand sprayed water such as jet wash or similar processes.

Also available for the Minigrip is a dashboard mounted holder which can be fitted with a buzzer to sound whenever the transmitter is not in place when vehicle ignition is activated, this buzzer can be wired to a 'cigarette lighter' style plug or directly into the vehicle ignition circiut

The Suregrip radio system features a transmitter with 8, 10 or 12 buttons including Stop & Start buttons where required.

Typical application include winches and recovery vehicles, Suregrip also allows the programming of multiple transmitters to a single receiver making it an ideal solution for the control of automatic doors and gates. Suregrip is available for supply voltages between 12 - 28v AC & DC and Transmitters & Receivers feature IP65 enclosures making them suitable for outdoor use. Another useful feature is the availability of an internal antennae contained within the receiver box which further reduces the possibility of moisture ingress during operations such as vehicle cleaning.
